In this class we will look at how you can connect with your healthcare provider from the comfort of your own home. Telehealth is the new Home Visit, allowing healthcare providers to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients, whether it’s for check ups, consultations, or a follow-up appointment. We will discuss the process; from setting up your initial appointment, what to expect, insurance and patient portals to community resources.
After enrolling in this class, you can attend any of the times listed below. The Zoom link for each date and time listed will be available once you’ve logged in. If you’ve never taken a Zoom class before, you may want to review the first lesson.
