Beyond Gmail – Getting the most out of a Google Account

Did you know that your Gmail account lets you use all kinds of additional services like free cloud storage, word processing, spreadsheets, calendars, video conferencing and more? In this introductory class we’ll explore other useful Google apps to help you get the most out of your Google account.

Session 1: In this session we will talk about Google’s cloud-based system and discuss the basics of Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Photos.

Session 2: In this session we will talk about the basics of Google Contacts, Calendar, Maps, YouTube, Meet, Voice and Forms.

This class is a series of on-demand videos that you can learn from at your own pace. We recommend starting with the overview of the class, then proceeding through each of the lessons. You need to have speakers on the device that you are using.
